Creating Specialty Output Using Templates

To create an output using a template

1. From the Document Type dialog box (Figure 4-1 on page 4-3), select

Create New Document.

Hint! If you currently have an output open and want to select an

output from the current template category, select New from the

File menu or click

on the Standard toolbar.

If you want to select a different template category, select

Change Document Type from the File menu or click

the Standard toolbar.

2. Select a printer.

3. Select a template category in the Select your document type

option.

4. Click OK to continue. The Create New Document dialog box

appears.

Hint! Use the Back button to return to the previous screen, or the

Cancel button to exit without creating an output.
